Considering the worldwide developments and concerns related to COVID-19, we have decided to postpone the 72nd meeting of PAJ to 14-15 November 2020.
It will be held at Saitama Prefectural University as planned.
Detailed information will be available in May after the PAJ board meeting.
Registration/Submission Instructions is given as below.
Participants are asked to register by 5:00PM (Japan Standard Time, GMT+9), Tuesday, March 31, 2020. URL: https://meeting.paoj.org/reg-en.html
All presenting authors must submit an abstract by 5:00PM (Japan Standard Time, GMT+9), Saturday, February 22, 2020. Only one of the authors need to submit an abstract. URL: https://meeting.paoj.org/apply-en.html
Please be sure to make notes of your Registration ID# and Password assigned at the time of submission. You will need them when you modify your abstract.
One-page abstracts for regular session and two-page abstracts for theme session are requested. Abstracts must be sufficiently detailed to allow the program committee or the theme session organizer to judge the quality and originality of the proposed presentation. You will be notified of acceptance by mid-March.
Three-page abstracts for the symposium and two-page abstracts for the panel session are requested. Abstracts must be sufficiently detailed to allow the participants to understand the content of your presentation.
You may modify your abstract at any time by 5:00PM (Japan Standard Time, GMT+9), Wednesday, May 20, 2020. URL: https://meeting.paoj.org/revisepdf.html
You will need to use your Registration ID# and Password assigned at the time of submission.
Please note that the title and name/affiliation at the submission will be used in the final program (i.e., title and author information should not be changed; modification to the title in the abstract will not be reflected in the final program)
All submitted abstracts will be made available on-line via the PAJ web-page. NO hard copies will be produced for this meeting.
