Due to some problems in the responsible person (Minato Nakazawa) in the planning committee, the second announcement to call for paper and to open main programs delayed. I apologize such inconvenience.

We call for oral presentations by the members of the association until 25th31st March 2024 (Prolonged!) from this page (Application was closed on 1st April 2024 and thus the link to application page was deleted.). The speakers in Symposium and Panel sessions also have to submit the title and the abstract from the same page. When you make the abstract in pdf format, please read guideline for abstract (in Japanese) and sample format (in Japanese).

The abstract can be revised from this page -> Closed on 1st May.

Participants should register yourself from this page until the end of April 2024 -> Closed on 1st May.

The first circular of the 76th annual meeting

On 23rd October 2023, the first circular of the 76th annual meeting is available in Japanese.

• The 76th annual meeting will be held at Chuo University (Prof. Wada) from 8th June 2024 (Sat) to 9th June 2024 (Sun). Currently the meeting is planned as face-to-face manner.
• The planning committee calls for the following session plans since today.
  1. Panel session (Speakers are pre-determined by organizer, non-members can give presentation).
  2. Theme session (Any member can apply as speaker candidate)
  3. Other session (Please consult with the planning committee, the e-mail address is shown below).

• Submission deadline is 5th November 2023 (Sun).
